Hi! We're Anthony and Rose

We’re a husband-and-wife team who love dancing, teaching, and connecting with everyone from total beginners to TV celebrities. You might’ve seen us on CMT, FOX, ABC’s Nashville, or Live with Kelly and Mark… but our favorite thing is helping regular people feel confident on the dance floor.

Whether you’re nervous, excited, or just curious, we’ve got you. This first lesson is all about keeping it fun, relaxed, and real. And honestly? We’re just a couple of people who are obsessed with sharing the joy of dance, and we want to help bring that joy into your life too!

What if I’ve never danced before?

You're in the right place. Most people who come in have never danced either. We'll take it step by step, go at your pace, and make sure you enjoy every minute.

Do I need a partner?

Nope! You're welcome to come solo or bring someone with you. Either way, we’ll make sure you feel comfortable.

What should I wear?

Just wear something comfortable that you can move in. For shoes, anything with a smooth sole is best. Avoid sneakers or anything with too much grip.

How long is the lesson?

The appointment is 45 minutes total. You'll dance for around 30, and then we’ll take a few minutes at the end to talk about what you want to learn and what comes next, if you're interested.

Is it really just $15?

Yes, it’s only $15 when you book. No hidden fees, no pressure, and no awkward sales pitch. Just a chance to try something fun and see how you like it.

What if I have two left feet?

That’s actually perfect. We work with total beginners all the time and know how to make it easy, even if you feel uncoordinated or nervous.

What kind of dancing will I learn?

We teach real-world social dancing. That could be Two Step, Swing, Salsa, or something else depending on your goals. We’ll talk with you before the lesson and pick something that fits what you want.
