TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT AND PARTICIPATION

Welcome to X Dance. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in all X Dance programs, products, services, events, websites, and experiences, including but not limited to X Dance TV, digital courses, in-person lessons, live classes, livestreams, merchandise, and X Dance Cruise (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing any X Dance website, enrolling in any program, purchasing any product, or participating in any event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or participate in any X Dance Services.
1. GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES)
X Dance is operated by COUNTRY DANCE X, LLC dba X Dance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
All Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise expressly stated.
X Dance reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny access, remove participants, or terminate enrollment without refund if a participant violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or detrimental to others or to X Dance.
2. OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE PARTICIPATION
We are committed to providing a safe and positive environment. X Dance may limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any Service, without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments, if you:

Become disruptive, abusive, or difficult to work with.

Fail to follow program rules or instructions.

Impair the experience of instructors, staff, or other participants.

Violate these Terms or any applicable law or venue policy.
3. CONTENT, EDUCATION, AND USE POLICY
All educational content, instruction, demonstrations, and materials are provided for general educational purposes only and are not individualized advice.
All Program Materials, including videos, lessons, manuals, downloads, livestreams, recordings, and related content:

Are for personal, non-commercial use only.

May not be recorded, copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold, taught, sublicensed, or publicly displayed without prior written consent.

May not be accessed by anyone other than the enrolled user.
Sharing login credentials or granting access to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
You assume full responsibility for how you apply any information or instruction provided.
4. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of X Dance, its instructors, staff, and other participants.
All materials and information provided by X Dance are confidential and proprietary intellectual property belonging exclusively to X Dance.
You may discuss your own personal experience, but you may not disclose or share the statements, experiences, or identifying information of other participants.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in dance instruction, physical activity, travel, live events, and workshops involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, fatigue, or property loss.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Dance, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation or use of the Services.
All Services and materialss are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no guarantees of results.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.
6. NO GUARANTEES OR REPRESENTATIONS
X Dance does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or skill development.
Any testimonials, examples, or illustrations are not promises of future results. Individual results vary based on effort, ability, consistency, and numerous other factors beyond our control.
7. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
X Dance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program Materials for personal use only.
This license does not grant any ownership interest or rights to X Dance trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, names, likenesses, or branding, including the names and likenesses of Anthony Lewis or Rose Lewis.
Unauthorized use will result in termination and may result in legal action.
8. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND AUTOMATIC BILLING
You are responsible for all charges associated with your enrollment or purchase.
Subscription Services renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with these Terms. Failure to use the Service does not relieve payment obligations.
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
9. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To cancel a subscription, you must complete the official cancellation process within the subscription platform.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
A confirmation email serves as proof of cancellation and must be retained.
10. REFUND POLICIES
Digital Products and Courses
All sales are final. No refunds or guarantees.
Live Classes, Livestreams, and Lessons
No refunds, credits, or exchanges for missed or unused sessions. If X Dance cancels a class, rescheduling or credit may be offered at our discretion.
Apparel and Physical Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order. Returns or replacements are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to the conditions outlined at checkout.
11. X DANCE CRUISE TERMS (INCLUDED SERVICES)
X Dance Cruise is a private event and is governed by these Terms.
Booking and Payments
The X Dance Cruise consists of two separate components:

X Dance Xperience (dance workshops, activities, instruction)

Cruise Lodging and Travel (booked through a third-party cruise line and travel agent)
Payment for the X Dance Xperience is non-refundable at all times.
Cruise lodging and travel payments are subject to the cruise line’s policies, which are separate from X Dance.
Participant Conduct
Participants must comply with all X Dance rules and cruise line policies. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
Health and Safety
You acknowledge the risks of physical activity and travel and agree to participate at your own risk.
X Dance is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions occurring before, during, or after the cruise.
Liability Waiver
You agree to release and hold harmless X Dance from any claims arising from participation in X Dance Cruise events.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE
By participating in any X Dance event, you grant X Dance the irrevocable right to record, photograph, and use your likeness, voice, and image for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify X Dance in writing prior to the event. We cannot guarantee exclusion in public or group settings.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, under Florida law.
You waive the right to participate in class actions, consolidated actions, or representative proceedings.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
X Dance may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
