The X Dance Story

Hi! We're Anthony and Rose Lewis, the creators of X Dance.

They say that necessity is the mother of invention, and THAT is the true story of X Dance.

The year 2020 changed everything for dancers, professionals, and dance studios across the world.

As full time professional dancers and owners of 2 successful dance studios, we had to become more creative in the ways that we could help to bring dance to the world.

We had already built the largest online following of any dance studio anywhere in the world and were helping dancers from every corner of the planet learn to dance through our dance videos.

But the truth is that no standard dance video, no matter how well made, could replace the individual attention and guidance we could give our students in person at our dance studios.

Then, the question came to us.

  • Would it be possible to bring everything we do at our dance studios to the world?
  • Could we teach a student on the other side of the planet as well as if they were in person?
  • Could we make dance lessons available 24/7/365 from anywhere in the world?
